Woke up at Socorro island – the largest in the archipelago. And the only island with residents, at the naval base. Ready for more diving!

Silky sharks have been gathering around the boat each evening – likely waiting for kitchen scraps and using the lights of the boat to help them hunt. And this evening, we are getting in to snorkel with them!

Exciting as they zip around you! But as too many of them started to gather, we had to get out. Don’t want to get mistaken for a stray fish.
And the final day. We saved the best until last. Cabo Pearce.
Endless mantas. At one point, there were 7 circling us.

And dolphins. At last.

And then another 24 hours of sailing, back to land. Back to Cabo.
